Founded in a quiet corner of Wroclaw, Kawa & Chleb was born from a singular obsession: the parallel chemistry of fermentation and roasting. We believed that the complexity of a light-roast Ethiopian coffee deserved a companion with equal depth.
Every morning before dawn, our bakers shape hundreds of loaves of 48-hour fermented sourdough. As the first loaves leave the oven, our baristas dial in the day's roasts, ensuring that every note, from dark chocolate to citrus, is perfectly expressed.
